If all you are doing is gaming with it, then the price premium above the 3080 is likely not worth it. But it's all personal preference.

Selling a separate HC block was still up in the air (but give then delays in the HC production, I'd assume there'd be demand for them if people don't want to wait and get the hybrid). Optimus ( https://optimuspc.com/) has indicated to several people they are planning on making a KPE block, but no updates there either. So you have found all the information there is a custom loop block.

I'd have to dig through all the posts on multiple threads to find it. Sorry. But it makes sense. It's already mid-December, and no news has come out about it. Notifies for the hybrid are starting up again tomorrow and no mention of HCs in that new batch.

As far as a Hydro Block for the new 3090 Kingpin I currently have the Byski water block on my 2080 Kingpin and it works great. I tried to purchase the EVGA version but getting the Holy Grail would have been easier. I say this to assume that Byski will again make one so I’m not sweating it. As I’ve heard the back of the card is also temp sensitive so I’d love a block that cools the front and back. I’ll use the stock cooler until EVGA releases theirs or someone releases one that cools both the front and back as I would rather have that one as it will help with performance based on what I’ve heard so far on the Jay and Steve overclocking videos.

Yup, refreshed 15 mins ago just for fun, 3 second refresh, tops, then refreshed 3 mins before, 10-15 seconds, refreshed at 9, it took 5 mins to load a basically blank page after spinning the whole time. Me thinks that I prob missed out... lol
