Looks great.  Someone brought up a good question when clicking on the link you provided.  How does the White Shroud MOD affect warranty?  I'd be down to doing this MOD when I get mine if I can keep the warranty in tact.

Modifying the shroud voids the warranty.

If the user bought another shroud in good condition from scrap on ebay, and installed that shroud, the warranty would no longer be void.
Another option to reinstate the warranty is to do an advanced RMA where the new card is received first, then swap the shroud between the old card and the new card, and then send back the old card with the new shroud installed.

Use plastidip and if you need to RMA, pull it off. That’s the joy of plastidip, it can be removed.

Figured as much and the Advanced RMA would be a nice swap.  So, at least there's a way if I went the spray paint route. Thanks!

Not a bad idea.  Would definitely test out some similar metal first as I've never used plastidip; I only know of it.  Thanks for another idea.
