He feels like they should set him up for another card because they canceled his, due to lack of stock previously. I hate this new "entitled" generation, Ha that should be the name for them not Generation X not Millenials, just the "Entitled" Generation

Im curious do we have a rough timeline when the 1070 FTW Edition should be released? Im figuring we might based on how long it took other items to go from listed price to "for sale"

I did get the email from EVGA 2 times to get the prices on their website. And both time are out. I have being seeing prices all the way as twice the cost. I do understand how these work but it is insane. I did get back to build my first pc since the EVGA 8800GTX and now buy rig is empty. I hope some company at least make some deals with online vendors without ripping consumer out. All videos like Dmitry or Jayztwocents and the rest of the gang, do push prices that i do not find anywhere. for me i will still wait since I want EVGA, so i can get the price on website and purchase here in EVGA website. since dealing with them is better for me. Jacob if you see these, thanks for the feedback. I will continue waiting. BTW to all Happy 4th of July.!!!! make those fireworks shine!!!

NewEgg's computer systems have problems. That said, Newegg does have some very good deals at times. My experience is that many computer hardware oriented companies don't see the need to have (or pay for) reliable & well designed applications or programming/MIS staff.

I see that when newegg gets any 1080s in stock they are gone within 6 min, or that is just the interval instock polls it and they are selling out even faster. For the reports telling us that there will be more supply in mid July I find it very hard to believe when they are still selling out that fast. It would be interesting to know how many cards the likes of evga and other companies have made and shipped to see if they are actually producing in volume or if they are just trickling out a few at a time. At this rate maybe some of us will get one by Christmas.....

Supply for the 10 series card has been absolutely horrible across all brands this release. Don't know if Nvidia is releasing the 1070 and 1060 to close to the 1080 release and it's killing production. It's horrible lame though and wish Nvidia would get some damn competition so it would make them straighten their ass up.

At least you US people have a chance at snagging one lol, in the EU there's barely more than 100 cards total across the continent for all brands combined, nothing to do but sit around & wait until somebody gets some stock. (i genuinely hope things start picking up this week, it's getting a little silly now) Nobody seems to want the stock/FE cards though cause those are even attainable in local shops, but the aftermarket ones oh boy, barely seen any.

Production on any new product is slow at first. Then rapidly ramps up. I'm sure they have it down now, so more cards will be coming.

Yeah, I wonder what the yields are like for the GPU, RAM, and then final card.

Yeah exactly, even in my semi bankrupt country these scalp...Founder's editions are stacking up even in the smallest shops, custom ones, even these with FE pcb however? Probably only a couple and these from ebay scalpers...And I guess thats the situation to the whole continent. No need to mention the rest of the world or those without long standing preorders... I mean I understand it from a business's stand point, but peeing on loyal customers with preorders since the 27th in the name of convienience is not very cool.

These cards are being sold by scalping companies for outrageous prices. When is EVGA or Newegg going to receive stock? ACX versions and not just founders editions.

LOL scalpers when those are for preorders yeah some of them are deff going to scalpers but i would think most of us that kept our preorder actually want the card, I know i preordered on may 31 and i'm sick of seeing random sells thru various places of these cards when i can't even get the one i preordered in May

I'd still like to know why I can't place an order in one place and wait for it to ship instead of running around like a headless chicken checking all these different sites to see if they might have them in stock at any given time. All the same time playing yo-yo with my hopes when I get auto-notified of in stock status only to have it disappear after 30 seconds (before I can load the page from my phone). Someone intelligent answer me that....... If you take a pre-order for an item you should well be able to take backorders! Nvidia screwed us all with their Founder's Edition idea. It wouldn't be half as bad if you didn't have to deal with the ability to order an in stock, more expensive, yet less capable card everywhere! - Inappropriate Language - The EVGA forums are family-friendly. I hear you honestly. I can't always check to see if it's in stock or not. I'd gladly pay ahead of time and just wait for my number in queue to come up and them just ship it to me. Though as a bonus they could tell you on your order your current place in the queue.

The people selling the cards on amazon are third-party scalpers who want to take advantage of desperate people who are willing to spend $900 so that they won't have to wait.

For all of those complaining about amazon getting pre-orders, STOP. Amazon.com is not a third party reseller. Scalpers on Amazon.com are not the ones the EVGA is sending the stock to, they are sending directly to Amazon proper. Please stop complaining just for the sake of complaining. Chaos_21 These cards are being sold by scalping companies for outrageous prices. When is EVGA or Newegg going to receive stock? ACX versions and not just founders editions.
Far from the truth, read above. fox1373 why is Amazon getting cards Amazon is the only one that has a lot of stock now what bs not going to pay 849.00 for a card when i can get two for all most that whats funny is that the gtx 1080 acx card is going for 949.00 at amazon when its only 619.99 card wow. these cards should be going to Newegg or evga. all i want is two gtx 1080sc acx 3.0 for 649 not 849 and a pro sli hb bridge 2 slot spacing. so when will evga have stock that I can actually check out with?
A new account made, just to complain. The HB bridge was up for quite some time, so you could have already picked it up. Buy from Amazon.com Proper, and you will get it for the price you are supposed to.

Then wait for stock on or after Tuesday. Follow EVGA_JacobF on twitter. He regularly tweets before Evga.com and Newegg put the card up for sale. That or pay the scalpers, who don't seem to be selling very many as theory prices have Condon. They wanted 1200-1600 last week and only 990 to 1100 now.

Hmmm, now why can't Memory Express get some cards? I will say it is a little frustrating watching them come up as in stock at evga.com and Newegg US when I know that almost nothing is even coming to Canada. I mean come on, we are neighbors, and it doesn't take long to ship to us. So please send us more.
