As the title says, I am trying to figure out which header is which. I am water cooling my FTW and I want to make sure that I plug the pump into the fan header and not the RGB header. In the photo, which is the fan header? Blue or yellow? Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

    The fan header is typically on the rear of the card, so it should be the blue.
     
    What are you installing that doesn't have instructions?

    Fanheader circled in blue is for the fan.

    Not trying to high jack but I have the same question for trouble shooting the lights on the SC 1080 which is the lighting header. Is the pcb the same?

    The PCB is not the same. The SC has a FE PCB. It will be the more common PCB that you see in tear down videos.
     
    Thanks for the info CoercionShaman and Jacob! I am actually using the NZXT Kraken G10 to install a Corsair H105 cooler. I have everything done besides plugging in the fan/pump, which I will be finishing tonight.

    Yours will be on the 'front' of the card when installed or opposite the fan header on the 'rear' of the card.

    No problem. LED for you should only be a two pin header making it easier to discern anyway.
