I have the "USB HID" error with the DG Tuner software, i think it's bc of the windows update 1903. Will this have a solution?

    Make sure you're using the latest/correct version of the DG Tuner software.

    Get the latest version of Windows 10 if you want to (I certainly would, and did)..Use the Update Assistant and click 'Update now' and then 'Run'.

    I updated the windows 10 version to 1909; and reinstall the software 1.0.7 (the latest version for gd-7) and I still getting this error

    "Can't find UDB HID Device"

    Also I unplugged and plugged again the cables of the case. Nothing works

    I have had this problem as well since I unboxed the DG-7 case and built my system. The RGB Controller PCB seems to be totally inoperative???? Every time I open the DG-Tuner app I get the "Cant find HID USB Device" error..........
