Hi, I'm looking for the pinout on the 750w GQ Gold PSU. Specifically for the 4 sata connectors. I'm trying to power these 6 pin pci risers but from what I am seeing even though a pci 6 pin is the same it is not the same pinout. Thank you

I found this pinout on these forums but was wondering if this is a standard evga uses across all psus.

seems different from my own cable though as the no connection (empty slot) is in a different location.

PCI-E uses only +12VDC on it's power connectors.

DO NOT try to use a "SATA" or "Peripheral" conection on ANY power supply to run one of these cables directly - they ALL have other voltages involved and the pinout will NEVER match up.

Best to use a MOLEX from one of your "peripheral power" PS connections via a MOLEX to PCI-E 6-pin adapter.

Now that vorsholk has stopped his abuse, I'm returning to folding.
I no longer MOO due to abuses by certain "whales" in the Gridcoin community - so I now work the Distributed.net project directly again.
