Does that timestamp have a "True" or "False" in its row on https://www.evga.com/community/myNotifies.asp?

For example knowing within a 100 to 500 points at lower levels, and within 1000 to 5000 points at mid level, and within 25000 to 50000 points at higher tier levels would be very useful - and might not lead to useless stuffing for a few points.
 
More details about all the indicators would be most helpful. Because, even knowing my own score, I'm totally confused where I stand on any level. As far as I know (and its nothing) it could take hours, days, months or years to achieve my next notify. My score is just a frustration.

I am hopeful that EVGA will have fewer tiers (for their own administrative sake). If I were running the asylum, based on my limited and imperfect information I have now, I would probably structure it along the following lines:
 
Tier 1: 0 points
Tier 2: 1 to 100 points
Tier 3: 101+
 
Without some context about the tier structures (number and scores cutoffs), the next few months are going to be REALLY frustrating for a whole bunch of folks -- and potentially unnecessarily damage EVGA's goodwill they garnered from their past good acts. To be clear, on balance, I think 3.0 is a step-change improvement on 2.0.  I am glad EVGA are continuing to try to improve the queue for gamers and pc enthusiasts.   

If EVGA told each person their score and/or tier, these folks could report score and/or tier with each notify and the queue tracking problem might be (well on the way to being) solved.
 
And, no need to fix tier point cutoffs as tier point cutoff levels could be reset each month.

What are the chances that EVGA halts production of the 10 GB XC3 Ultra with the release of the new 12 GB version? I’m only 20 minutes away from the current queue position for the 3885-KL. I think I would lose my will to live if they did that

I think its inevitable, but they would surely transfer in the previous times so you would not lose anything. No need to make two skus of the same 30s level models.

Regarding the summary, I am going to keep the Queue 3.0 Rules and the new Queue 3.0 Forum Thread links in the intro for a day or three for those that haven't heard the news yet. I have also attempted a rough FAQ to try to head off the inevitable questions that will arise as more casual queue followers learn about the new system going forward (constructive feedback is welcome as I was pulling it together while handling family duties and likely botched it up).
 
In the absence of information from EVGA about the respective tiers (EVGA score cohorts), I still haven't figured out a workable solution to tracking the 3080 12gb SKUs (frankly any of the contemplated Queue 3.0 SKUs).  So, for the time being, I am going to report the latest timestamp for which  I receive a report (and assume that it comes from a registrant with a superlative EVGA Score and no prior history of buying a 30 series card from the EVGA Queue); Queue 3.0 rows in the summary will not include an "elapsed time" italicized parenthetical. 
 
This will cause confusion; and I apologize in advance for that. I will try to find a way to footnote that efficiently. Hopefully we can all look out for each other and try to quickly quash the instances of "fear of being skipped" that may arise from time to time.

I am confused about the queue report - I have an 8/6/21 date for 3883 model.. in the report the 3080 XC3 Gaming 3883 is listed at 09/16/2020 11:14:32

No notices have been sent. Did I miss something? It seems the date is after my queue date.

Oops! I missed the queue date of 2020! Looks like I will have to keep enjoying my EVGA1080 for a while longer. Thanks for the correction!

Every time I look at the great daily updates put out by enewt, I ask myself why does EVGA have so many models that have shown little or no movement since launch?  Do we have an idea if EVGA only produced a few of these cards or are they being produced in high volume and sent to retail?  Do we have any sense of what percentage of EVGA GPU production is being directed to the queues vs retail?

Don’t understand why the HC version of 3080 still KR?It should be a KL right?

The HC PCBs are smaller than the regular 3080 FTW card I believe (having only two rather than 3 8.  I also recall EVGA stating they were backordered on the coldplates, so its quite likely these PCBs were already produced a long time ago and simply sitting in a warehouse awaiting coldplates for final assembly.
