Hey, I did finally get an email saying that it is now my turn to get one , but sadly as I'm from Europe, I'm not able to order it. :( Don't think there's anything I can do, right?

"This email is being sent in response to your request to be notified with availability updates for product 12G-P5-3655-KR and this product was marked as being in stock on 12/13/2021 at 12:26 PM PST."

No, there is nothing you can do.  With any new releases, just make sure you are queued for the EU site.

So this forum is new to me. I went back to check, it looks like there has not been an update for 3885-kl in almost 2 months now. Is this a concern? or this is basically how it's been going this whole time?

The 3885 moves infrequently at best...I don't expect it to move faster than it historically has...but it might move slower.

Unfortunately, I don't have the bandwidth for that these days.  I do however note -- in the google doc's version of the summary (available here) when a queue hasn't received a drop in more than 30 days.  Those queues SKU numbers are grayed out and include an asterisk.  I hope that helps.

Thinking I might let my 3070 ti position go by when it comes up, any word on what happens when new 30 series drops? Will we have the opportunity to abandon a queue position so we can queue for one of the new skus?

I was playing 5 player deathmatches that month, and a full 16 player one at a lan midi party by the end of the year.

The 3987 seemed to be moving quickly- but then 7 days and no movement.
 
Does the EVGA Elite membership help at all with the new releases?  Curious what sort of difference in might make for the 3090ti release?

P.S. We finally got some reports on the 3655, but they were bunched together in March. It is highly likely that there had been previous movement that had gone unreported (and not that there was a HUGE drop yesterday).

Elite membership should give folks access to register for the queue 24 hours before non-Elites.  The way that manifests, is that the launch day sign-ups is for Elite members with non-Elites eligible to sign up on launch day +1 (i.e., Elites do not get to sign up the day before NVIDIA's decreed launch day).

Been lurking a bit the last couple weeks to get a better sense of the queue system. I entered the queue for a 3060ti ftw gaming earlier this year, and at this point, I'm betting I'll be getting my Steam Deck before I get a new GPU. 
 
Just looking at the timestamps, and when notifies were last sent, I have doubts I'll ever get a new one. At least my GTX 770 still works.
