I was seeing everywhere that this chip is supposed to be lower quality on the $999 version. I’m running 1850mhz after the tuning on x1 software without upping the power limit. What is everyone else getting?

I installed 2 black editions this weekend and added water blocks to them.  Under water I started with +200 core / +1000 memory and haven't really bothered pushing it much further yet - only set power limit to 112, have not increased voltage yet.  Boost clocks are regularly between 1995 - 2100Mhz under load.

I haven't really had a chance to test it long term to see how stable, but I can confirm that I've been playing Shadow Warrior 2 without v-sync @4k ultra (averaging between 150-220FPS) for several hours with no issues - max temp I've seen was 53.

2x EVGA RTX 2080ti black editions w/ hydro copper blocks.

Got my card yesterday.  Popped it in and overclocked to +200 core and +750 memory at 112% power level, completely stable.  Tried memory at +1000 and it wasn't having it.  Backed it down to +750 and it's perfect.  With my custom fan profile on air, it maxes out at 69C under load.  Idle at 20% fan speed is 30C.  Once I am able to get the Hybrid kit, I will try to overclock a little more.  Right now I am very happy with the results.

With no OCing and just setting power limit to 112 mine boosts to 1815 -1830 range during gaming.

    I hit 1900 instantly dropping to 1875 in gpu-z gaming would be 1830-1850 .
With pl 112 still everything and it hits pl.. my memory seems good gamed at +850 and was fine.
This card really needs higher pl I don't come on here a real lot busy working..
Is there away for a rep to reach out to evga and see if we can get a 120 pl ? would still be less than the 130 black oc
This card has more to give just needs some more power. Thanks

Installed my Black in an Ncase M1 case with two 85% Noctua NF-A12's as intakes. VF Tuner gets me +190 core clock with +750 mem clock. Hours of stress testing brings the GPU temp up to 69C with GPU fans set to 85%. Time Spy records 2025 core clock.

Definately good enough for this miniature case on air. CLC240 for the CPU.

    Time Spy score 13,480

What does your fan profile look like? I think X1 isn't updating my fan curve correctly.
