Edit:  Just ordered mine.  After reading about the MIR $25 rebate, I am sure that the questionnaire we fill out will come with the PSU or be available online somewhere for download.

Folks the discount doesn't have a warranty, the product does and you'll see that when you register it on the website.  If you're still nervous I'll confirm when I register mine, it should be here tomorrow.

This is correct.  The PSU will retain the standard warranty for that product (10 Year Warranty in this case).

Receive the form for the rebate, OR the rebate itself after filling in the 2nd questionnaire in 2-3 business days?  I am going to guess the form for the rebate, almost any rebate I have ever gotten takes 6-8 weeks to get back UNLESS I want to pay a "fee" to speed it up! To be honest if I get the rebate in 2-3 I'll be really happy, if I get it in 6-8 weeks after I do all that is required,

Fwiw I got mine and stuck it in a lian li knockoff and it's barely fitting fair warning.  If I use it in another machine I'll order new cables cause they're 90 degrees but she struck up first try no hiccups and it's oh so tidy from coming from an older non modular unit.

I'm really waiting to see a real review on this new unit.  If I had won one, I'd be happy as a lark, but I just bought 2 weeks ago the 1300 G2.  It's got great power, but honestly it's pretty noisy.  Even sitting here just surfing the web I can hear it over my 14 SP120 fans and an AF120 fan in my CaseLabs box, all running at 5.2V at the moment. 
 
Considering the AX1500i for the noise difference, as it beats the G2 by a huge noise margin over most of the  normal use range. 
 
But it all depends - how noisy will this unit be?  And when will it actually be available to purchase?  Time will tell; and as we all know, gamers are really patient people lol...

You might want to read that again, when I hit the page it says this:

um is there a chance my early adopter discount will expire, contacted you guys at  (as instructed in the email about my winning) which got forwarded to Taiwan support as evga Australia doesn't really exist at all from what i can tell, and got response from them telling me to contact ....  :(    so replied to that to the director of technical marketing over there but just getting bit worried i may miss the chance to take you guys up on this offer

I think all you have to do is apply for it.  Then you just have to wait to be accepted in by one of the founders (I'm not one of them btw).  There used to be a 100 person limit and that's why people used to not be able to join, but now I see we have 148 members, so it looks like they took that limit off finally (stupid limit to begin with).
