Why to crowd this thread with our problems so diverse, that should be treated more seriously by EVGA, instead to enjoy together and discuss issues strictly related to the source. Maybe we exaggerate, we the users, but there is still no response to more exposed situations: - Why not get responses from operators of EVGA website? They should be the first to respond to requests, not you, the site administrators. - Although I have a user profile on the site, the expedition was made awry ( no phone number); - I do not understand Why must we lose so much time to get an answer, or not received at all. In my case, the package arrived on 18.07 but I got just in time for 23.07, only after I sent an email to the agent site aggressively dealing with the source expedition. Ironically, almost instantly I received response wiyh AWB of the package and was able to correct irregularities in the shipping address. But that's only after I used a less polite expression... At the moment I do not know when I can get the link to the questionnaire, I do not know how to do the mail-in rebate in my case, I do not know what value it will have, I live in Europe. I am totally confused by the chaos and I do not know what to do and what to say. I guess EVGA does not encourage such behavior from its operators. I ask myself, why all this?

grimmace This promotion keeps on giving. Turns out you get Rise of the Triad for free with the PSU too. Discount, rebate, and a free game. Gotta love it.
went to try doing this and problem is my brand spanking new PSU isn't on the list, has the 120-G2-1600-X1 PSU listed, which is part number listed on all the stuff i saw, but my PSU is 120-G2-1600-X4 :( what is the difference between x1 and x4 anyways, presume it is probably got something to do with the region for power cords or something, EVGA.com.au doesn't even have any PSU's listed so i can't check, also just want to check would this x1 v x4 difference have any effect on my ability to use EVGA sleeved cables, presuming not and was probably going to sleeve my own as that was half the reason i entered, hate the u bend on my silverstone 1500w psu graphic card cables

just registered my PSU and figured i would read up on my warranty, turns out the x1 actually denotes the 10 year warranty and the product i was supplied with, with part number 120-G2-1600-X4 only has a 3 year warranty...... this is pretty poor form as the early adopter page links to product details for the 120-G2-1600-X1 and 1 of the main reasons i took part (despite already having 2 silverstone 1500W PSU) was because of the 10 year warranty, i can't even find a single link on any english EVGA page listing the 120-G2-1600-X4 PSU and not only does this x1 - x4 difference remove 7 years of warranty on the product it cuts me out of the rise of the triad bonus and it seems out of the $25 rebate 2nd questionnaire also no where was i told the product i was purchasing only had 3yr warranty or was different than the one offered in the promotion i signed up for

I just registered my one (also 120-G2-1600-X4) and it also came up with a 3 year warranty. I assume that is some kind of mistake because even the back of the box explicitly states it comes with a 10 year warranty. Unfortunately I cannot claim the rebate either.

ohhh completely didn't even notice the thing about the warranty on the box, but yeah they should offer us 7 yr extend warranty on this PSU as that is what was advertised and what we paid for, didn't really expect the rebate to work outside of USA though as that generally is the case, but we where definately sold a 1600w PSU with 10 year warranty not 3 year

Indeed, hopefully they correct it. Yeah, I never expected the rebate either tbh.

I can confirm any unit with a -XR or X1 in the part number has a full 10 year warranty. I apologize for the confusion. It sounds like there's a glitch in the system that's mis-reporting the warranty lengths. If we could have those of you with showing a 3 year warranty email support@evga.com, we can pull up your accounts and get this straightened out.

thanks for the quick reply, as you can tell i am one of the affected people :) but the thing is also our part numbers aren't -x1 or -xr they are -x4 which besides making it show only 3yr warranty also blocks us from other "rewards" like the rise of the triad bonus and the rebate questionnaire (which me and the other poster didn't really expect to be able to use anyways) but yeah just fired off an email to that address so at least hopefully we will be able to get a 10yr warranty with our -x4 PSU's (was hoping it was just a regional thing when i first saw, because the -x1 & -x2 are listed with the 10 yr warranty, yet the -x4 yields zero relevant google search responses)

Now in my profile it says it has a 5 year warranty instead of 3 years - I'm slightly confused. Kameha, has yours changed?

yeah mine is also showing 5 years currently, but i have reply from evga support saying directly the PSU definitely have 10yr warranty and (/score) the triad code also (no mention of rebate code so we prob where right about our assumption), just give them some time now they are aware of it, figure you also emailed the address Jaeson gave us? or maybe they are just working off the product code now, i would suggest if you haven't emailed support to do so that you a: update them as to the 5 year thing, and b: are able to get emails as they fix the issue (think also the fact they haven't emailed me about the 5 year thing strongly suggests it is just a stage in their process of trying to fix it to the 10yr warranty)

The warranty should be updated now, and you can request your code for Rise of the Triad. If you are outside the US and need to claim your rebate, email webmaster@evga.com for further assistance with it.

thanks, main EVGA site (US) is showing the correct 10 years now, but if i get to my products page through EVGA Australia or EVGA Asia English it still shows 5 years (still better than the 3 years) and have gone and submitted for triad code and that worked, just waiting on it to come through now, also the 2nd questionnaire now shows for me and i have completed it, now guess i just need to email the above email address to try claiming the rebate, thanks for all the awesome assistance

I emailed them and unfortunately I cannot claim the rebate as I am outside of the USA. I assume you will get the same response (please let me know if don't though). As said above, I wasn't expecting it so I don't really mind.

My PSU warranty is 10 years, but the operator from EVGA Europe sent the second questionnaire. After recording the source I got the key to Rise of the Triad. I'm outside the USA (Europe) and I'am sick because of this communication effort without results. LE: I have already an answer. Waiting for finishing the case. Thanks.

If anyone finds out this PSU is too much power (overkill) for their needs. Let me know price and I'll buy :)
