EVGA 01G-P3-1312-LR Fan Control

I recetly purchased a EVGA 01G-P3-1312-LR with GeForce 210. I installed all the software and drivers and updated them, I also installed EVGA Precision X. When I try and adjust the fan cotrol on Precision it is grayed out and I am not able to change the setting, I also tried MSI Afterburner and the same thing happens where the fan control is grayed out. At times I can hear the fan and see it spinning but I am unable to control it. What do I do to 'ungray' the fan speed so I can control it?

    Welcome to the forums..The GeForce 210 fan cannot be software controlled because it only has a 2-wire fan not a 3-wire or 4-wire fan which can be software controlled..The 210 fan is controlled by the card's VBIOS only.
