ELSA got out of the US graphics market back in 2001 and it's European subsidiary filed for bankruptcy in 2002. They still have a presence in Asia. It is difficult to understand why the company is so slow with releasing new graphics cards. Personally I think their funds are limited so much that they can only push one or two models out per year.

    Well if their business hasn't folded in Japan maybe they are making some money in that market.

    Sometimes it makes sense to stick with what works in another part of the world and it looks like it's working for them.

    There are countless brands that aren't offered or we've heard of across the ocean also.
