EAR purchase?

So today I contacted EVGA for support for my GTX 780ti and I was reading up on the EAR replacement I can buy it but I find no link to it. I was talking to the rep but he told me to call back tomorrow to get it "activated" it says on the page I can just buy it. I really need this card by friday as I'm going to be in a gaming torny and I have an older card on a 120hz monitor :(

    When I try to create the RMA it says Standard RMA and Cross-Ship RMA. I do have a ticket number from support




    The EAR program is a cross ship, and the EAR needs to be purchased first. The EAR program, as stated in that link, sends the card to you first. Purchase the EAR, then do cross ship, if that's the way you want to go.

    1.  to receive a ticket number
    2. Fill out an 
    3. Ensure your 
    Those three steps are done. I've not filled out a RMA request because I don't see the EAR. Do I fill out a cross-ship than purchase EAR from some link I don't know of?

    Who was the phone rep that told you to call back tomorrow. The next time you call EVGA ask to speak to support manager.
     
    Having to call back the next day to get it "activated" doesn't sound right. Any support tech should of been able to set all that up during the first call.

    I'm not sure he said his manager wasn't in so he couldn't do it.

    Seems weird to ask a customer to call back the next day to activate something they should be able to do. Unless he wanted to make sure it gets done tomorrow.

    completely disappointing from evga as loyal customers for years
    I receive gtx 780 ti, installed and i wasnt able to install the drivers.
    Call evga and they told me the card isnt working good so they need to ship me a replacement.
    Testing the card before shipping on eh ????
    Ok i ask if they can ship with ups 2 days or similar and they confirm and we agree for cross shipping.
    After  filling the rma wasnt any option to choice the shipping method so i ask the customer support about that.
    He told me he would take care of it after i sent the rma.
    I did and after a while i saw ground shipping selected which i didnt selected and that i have to ship the card first.
    wft??? I call again and i explain what happend.
    they cancel the rma and we agree for cross shipping with fast shipping.
    File the rma for the second time , same thing shipping option not available no worries they told at the phone.
    Again after 2 days waiting for approval ,happen again ups ground select and i didnt ask for that.
    Call again if they can ship the card with 2 days shipping and after one hour at the phone i get transfer to the manager who ask me to paid 39 dollars for advance rma and that i have to cancel and resubmit a new rma waiting another 2 days for approval.
    I dont know why is so complicated to just update the rma file and add a faster shipping without cancel the rma.
    Anyway they lost a customer. never again a evga card

    bad news are that they charge me 719,99 (not hold).after they receive the vga back i need to wait 8-10 business days to get the refund.
    Never ever again in my life  i will buy a evga product again

    It says on the EAR page that they don't charge you: 
    1. Upon approval and receipt of RMA number, you must enter collateral in the form of a credit card number (please note: you will not be charged at the time of collateral, EVGA will keep this information on file until after the RMA is complete).

    schedule for delivery today after 1 week .
    Its 10.00 pm and i still didn't get the card.
    Ups says to call tomorrow.
    I have a bad feeling.
