Its 10.00 pm and i still didn't get the card.
Ups says to call tomorrow.
I have a bad feeling.

Now I'm having problems again. Now I've tried to explain to EVGA my neighborhood is safe and that my package does NOT require signature. I've received 700 dollars plus packages with no signature and if I don't get a no signature I will never get this card. I'm a college student that works part time after college. I have heard EVGA is customer oriented and I want EVGA to work with me on this one

For Advanced RMAs it is our policy to require signatures.  You can sign the missed package note or do a Standard RMA as a signature is not required.  I have also passed this along to be looked into for your RMA.

For it is our policy to require signatures.  You can sign the missed package note or do a as a signature is not required.  I have also passed this along to be looked into for your RMA.


So once I get that slip I can just sign it? Please notify that for UPS because I don't want it to ship out and in 3 days it gets sent back to you guys. I have a hectic schedule but I can assure I have many packages come to me a none have been missing. Also if this helps the card I was sent from my family member didn't require a signature and I still received it

no matter how much you assure it does not cover EVGA if your package is lost or stolen or in some past cases a customer claims they never received it ,and want another card sent.Im not saying you would,but these things i mention happen and just as you would insure a package sent in case something happens EVGA does the same to protect them self and you.While it may seem a bother ,in the end it is the best for you and EVGA .
 
I say this because about 15 yrs ago i had a delivery stolen off my porch.my nearest neighbor was 1.5 miles away,i lived on a remote road.Someone who steals watches for UPS/FED-EX ect to deliver items to remote or hard to see homes as it can be a easy grab and go. In the end after 4 months of paper work my 2500.00 lost items was reimbursed to my account,but in the in-between time i could not afford to repurchase the items for my workplace and it caused severe problems making my life much harder then it needed to be .Now unless its a business address im sending to i insure and require signature on anything i sell to protect me and the buyer .While we all like to think people are good,not all are and not protecting yourself or customers is not a good business model or cost effective as eventually it WILL happen.Taking a chance with a customers satisfaction is not good for business ...ever

I understand but also I don't understand is that with standard RMA you don't need a signature but advanced RMA you do.

Now I want to know will UPS leave the package if I leave a note or the missed package note.

I am very sorry for any confusion as we do require a signature for any cross shipment as we want to ensure that you receive the product without any possible issues due to the time sensitive return time and the possibility of a charge if the product is not properly received. If you do have another address that you will be at for the delivery during the day then we can update the RMA request to ship to that address.

completely disappointing from evga as loyal customers for years
I receive gtx 780 ti, installed and i wasnt able to install the drivers.
Call evga and they told me the card isnt working good so they need to ship me a replacement.
Testing the card before shipping on eh ????
Ok i ask if they can ship with ups 2 days or similar and they confirm and we agree for cross shipping.
After  filling the rma wasnt any option to choice the shipping method so i ask the customer support about that.
He told me he would take care of it after i sent the rma.
I did and after a while i saw ground shipping selected which i didnt selected and that i have to ship the card first.
wft??? I call again and i explain what happend.
they cancel the rma and we agree for cross shipping with fast shipping.
File the rma for the second time , same thing shipping option not available no worries they told at the phone.
Again after 2 days waiting for approval ,happen again ups ground select and i didnt ask for that.
Call again if they can ship the card with 2 days shipping and after one hour at the phone i get transfer to the manager who ask me to paid 39 dollars for advance rma and that i have to cancel and resubmit a new rma waiting another 2 days for approval.
I dont know why is so complicated to just update the rma file and add a faster shipping without cancel the rma.
Anyway they lost a customer. never again a evga card

they lost the package.
The guy at the phone form evga told be to wait 8-10 days to get an answer and maybe a replacement after that time. for me is unacceptable waiting 10 days for the investigation because evga has insurance and the package request a signature confirmation to be delivered and checking the tracking number clearly shows as lost/ tracer
Anyway thanks to chris maybe they wanna reship a new card sooner then 10 days.
He told me to contact him after 7.00 pm and i hope they wanna use overnight or 2 days shipping this time instead ups ground.

In post #16 and #22 you stated you prefer to be contacted via email. Eddie said he was having troubles contacting you via phone. That is why i said you prefer to be contacted by email.
