I am in trouble with SR-X and dual xeon E5-2697v2.
When starting with a dual CPU, it stops with code BC.
A single CPU of 2697v2 will boot without any problems.
Also, xeon e5-2690 dual CPU started without problem.
Memory uses non ECC.

It seems that the code bc was a problem at the early stage with non ECC and ivy-EP combination. After that, it is solved by upgrading the BIOS.
Currently, the BIOS uses the latest ver 1.03.

Does anyone else have similar problems?
Did you have a solution?

Me too. No idea what to do about it. Each one works alone, just not together.

Ok got it to work. Seems that ecc ram might be required for running 2 e5-2697v2 in this board. I tested it with 2 types of ECC ram that a friend let me borrow. I don’t have any other non ECC ram to test it with. But the ram I was using before worked just fine with my dual E5-2650. And even with one of the E52697v2.

Anyway if you have this problem try ECC ram.
