grimmace I've used them before. They work fine. Now I use a 4 way connecter with one of these attached: http://www.frozencpu.com/products/14594/ex-tub-1033/Bitspower_G14_Mini_Valve_-_Silver_BP-MVV-SLBK.html Makes it easy to drain for, me, less mess. Just turn the valve.
When I first put my water loops together I used the same valve (just matte black) however I switched to quick disconnect on a 90° rotary fitting and a T-block. I can then just quickly hook up a drain hose (with a valve to increase the control of the drain flow) and the fitting lets me swing it out of the way when I am not using it. I was looking at the one the OP posted but I would still have to put a hose and valve down the line from it so it was not for my build.

Same Drain but with QD, bottom Right on lower Radiator. I have a Black Cap on the QD, it comes with it. Click on Image for a Larger View.

I run the matte black versions of these. QDs are great, but I specifically tubed my loop down to the corner of my case with one of these, so if I need to drain, I remove the plug from it thread on a pierce of hose I have for it open the valve and I can drain the entire thing w/o a big mess. I think either these or the QD's are the right choice depending on how you are building and where they are.

QD's are crazy expensive. Think I ended up spending $300 or something on them for my loop. You can get away with T fittings and a plug in one end if you want to do it cheap. You can see one of those in my mod rig link...I didn't really need to do it but I was going to be running an elbow anyways so not much more effort to put a T in there for draining.

I'm guessing I'm better off having the rad inlets on the bottom, and having the T or 4way, or Y or ball-valve on the bottom as well. Pump/res, cpu, GPU, GPU, drain, rad, pump/res? Here's the sleeper old beige(pic) yes I'm not crazy, just too old school for some y'all young puppies! And my first water, haha!!

What is your Flow Direction? The Drain would need to be at the lowest point and best on the return line. That may not be the best case for a Custom Water Loop. What does the inside look like?

For draining purposes yes, but it can be a pain to bleed, as air is VERY prone to get trapped at the top, unless it has a fill/drain port on the tank side as well. I would not advise it.

I'm starting to think water for this case is too crazy?   Yeah, just too tight? To use use this case, opinions? AIO for the cpu and aio-gpu, on a single GPU?

Their is no real ventilation and only 80mm Fan in the front and rear. Even if you use a Micro MB you still have no way to cool it. That case looks like one from back in the 80486 or 80386 days, back when Graphics Card did not use fans. Talk about a blast from the past.

I agree however I doubt I will have to buy any more in the future assuming I only have one water cooled system at a time. I put a few sets in for making it easy to remove the top of my case (Mountain Mods Extended Ascension) and as I was at it I put a few extra in isolating my GPU stack (4-way SLI). Due to this I can pretty much work on sections of my loop without having to drain the entire thing. I forgot to mention, I have air-exhaust plugs on my fill ports as well as a spot to break a vacuum on a spot in a loop and on one of the ports on the top GPU of the GPU stack. I can just press the button when I am draining via the quick disconnect to start and stop the drain as well as if I disconnect the top and bottom of my GPUs I just hook up my drain connection to the bottom connect and press the button to vent the cards to drain. It is great to really control how much and how fast to drain the loop. Isolating the cards also helps if I have to pull out one for testing. I can pull all of my GPUs in about 15 minutes without having to drain the whole loop. I also have a few valves on either side of a filter ( Innovatek Particulate filter 501531) to isolate it for cleaning the filter and I can use that as well to minimize flow when working on a part of the loop, just make sure you open the valves again before turning the system back on  . I put a silver bullet kill plug into the loop next in the areas that can be isolated to allow it to be changed without having to drain the loop to change as well.

Most likely just do a lower watt cpu and gtx 960_on_air, what like 130watt? Do my water build on a different or custom case.

If you put the radiator at the top of the case and left the front bays free you could use a RP-452X2 reservoir. You can set it to be one large reservoir and one or two pumps on the back. I have one that runs a CPU and a GPU loop and it seems to work pretty well and it should be fine for this size loop.

Probably just do air and low watts for this case, I just wanted a sleeper look with this case. Just do my water build for a custom case. This case, just too damn tight...
