Does this motherboard support PXE booting?

The BIOS has an option called "LAN BOOT". This usually means PXE booting in most BIOS'. But for the life of me I can not get it to work.

Both NIC's are set to "ENABLED" yet I can never get a link light on either at launch nor does a boot to NIC option show up on the F11 menu.

Anyone else have this issue?

PS: I do have a fully working PXE server running. I use MDT 2010 to install all my home windows computers. Also the NIC's work perfectly fine in Windows.

    I have not seen the SR-2 BIOS but with other EVGA boards, there is an option in the BIOS to enable PXE functionality (LAN PXE Boot ROM). This option is generally in the same menu as the option to enable the LAN port.

    I do not get a link light at all with either port when it is in the BIOS. Once in windows both ports link and work fine. I have tried only enabling one than the other with no results. When "BOOT ROM" is turned on it does not show up in the boot order list or when I hit F11 to show the selection list. Only the HDD's show up.

    I am going to mess with the BIOS settings more today now that I know the NIC's work fine at least in windows. Thats the main thing that had me worried. I really did not want to RMA the board.

    EDIT:

    Some progress. It seams that there are not enough resources or something to PXE boot even when "Load optimized defaults" is selected or off a CMOS clear.

    I went through the BIOS and shut off everything I could find (USB3.0, Audio, RAID) except for the two NIC's and the "Enable boot ROM" option and I finally got it to come up in the boot order menu as well as F11. The NIC's came up with a link light as soon as the system powered on as well.

    But if this is not a bug and is a outright hardware limitation why include the feature? I had to shut off a lot of things to get the option to show up. Even the RAID and SATA3.

    Making a new post because... YAY! Found out what it is!

    But BOO! It disables a feature I use.

    TL;DR Version: You can not PXE (LAN Boot) if the Intel RAID is active.

    How to replicate:
    - A47 BIOS
    - Load Optimal Defaults
    - <restart>
    - Marvel LAN 1&2 to Enabled
    - LAN Boot to Enabled
    - <restart>
    - Now if you F11 or Boot Configuration Features -> Boot Device Priority the LAN connections will show up in the menu.
    - Now do the following
    - Advanced BIOS Features -> SATA Configuration -> Configure SATA #1 As RAID
    - <restart>
    - POOF! Can no longer PXE (LAN Boot) even tho the options are enabled

    Why it does this I have no idea bit needless to say this pisses me off greatly.

    I have no idea if this can be fixed in a future BIOS revision but at least I have found out what options are causing it. Thankfully I am installing the OS to the SATA3 connector so I can disable the Intel RAID, PXE install, once the OS is on it re-enable the Intel RAID (drives used for storage).

    I am trying to PXE boot this motherboard and have followed what they guys above me have suggested however i am not getting the option on pressing f11 to PXE boot.  Anyone had similar problems and managed to get the PXE option to work.  Any help would be greatly recevied!
