Curious to pick everyone's brain here on this. I have been trying to get my memory latency down, and no matter what I cannot get it go below 50 ns on this board. I have tried 3 different memory kits 2 gskill dual rank b die, and one single rank bdie kit from viper.

I have seen people running similar settings getting way  less ns latency. And like I said, I tried all 3 kits of samsung bdie with the same settings and even more aggressive on the single rank kit to no luck getting below 52 ns.
 
Any help would be appreciated.
