Yeah that's definitely weird. The P3 launched in 2021, so it's definitely pre-PCIe 5.0. The only ones EVGA has launched more recently are the FTW and XC series, which do claim ATX 3.0 and PCIE 5.0 support and do come with the 12VHPWR cable.
I'm pretty sure the G7 (which launched in 2022) was the last new supply with a 10 year warranty. No 12VHPWR (or ATX 3.0, PCIE 5.0 support).
They never even launched the stand-alone 12VHPWR cable they were supposedly working on (Jacob had confirmed that quite a while ago) that was supposed to be compatible with their other power supplies.
