I have the original with my kids build in it.  I am really thinking of gettting the 690 II to replace my ATCS 840.  Crazy, I know.  But the airflow is really just as good, and no dead airspace in teh 690.  Was just wondering, i thought i read there is a extra fan adaptor for the drive cage bay for GPU cooling.  Is this correct?  Just curious.  I read that on the advanced case.  Not sure if yours is the basic or advanced.

    Thanks.

@mezzler There are screw holes for a fan to be mounted on the other side of the hard drive bay (the side facing the mobo), and according to CM, you can put a 120mm in there.

Thank you guys :D I strongly recommend this case to anyone that looking for a budget but high built quality, for $99.99 you can't beat it. :D
@Sleepee: Nice one you got there, cable management would be easier if you have a modular PSU, here's mine on the back:

Also, you can pick up the side panel here:
    http://www.compusa.com/ap...pNo=16818&CatId=32

@mezzler: The 5870 will fit just fine, the only video card that won't fit is probably the 5970.

You can say that again! It took me at least 10 minutes to put that side panel back on because of all of the cables! xD

Here is my media PC in its new CoolerMaster 690 II Advanced case. I had it in a CoolerMaster WaveMaster case that was not built to handle 10.5” long graphics cards. I did not however get b4 transfer pics cause I had my camera’s SD card at work. What I like about this case is the hot swap SATA port on top for Blue Ray movie storage.

Just stuck an 140mm LED fan in the second top slot. Looks mega sexy in the dark.  I can't wait to order another one to replace the stock non-LED one.

I forgot about this thread! I'll take a picture later tonight. Since April, I've changed all of the fans to blue LED fans, and added a window. Thankfully, it faces away from me when I sleep so I'm not blinded. xD

Your side fans are backwards and exhausting air.  I wonder if they're still like that.
