http://www.glarysoft.com   (free version) will scan your system for out of date
 
X58 had a memory adjustment in BIOS to use the RAM in a certain way -- can't quit remember

Thanks for the links again. Also I went into my bio's and loaded defaults to clear out any messup's that may of taken place. Once i reset the only things I changed was Boot Order, and switched to AHCI mode.
 
  Btw , I thought this might give people a better look at my bio's if i took a few pictures of the settings. Something might pop out at someone with a better understanding of that part of PC config. I'm still learning lol and tweaking my main rig without a back up worries me.  But here is my Bio's pictures Let me know if you see anything out of the norm. The only thing i can see weird is the memory Freq, at Auto 1067, my Vengeance Ram should be at 1600mhz no? and the Latency's are off from the spec's on corsairs tested for 9-9-9-24 while mine are at 8-8-8-20.  But other than that big stand out I'm kinda clueless on the other stuff. SO here are some pictures.
