Nvidia hasn't releases an slightly profile for this yet. So I think, ok no problem I'll just add the profile to company of heroes 1.
Well SLI works now with AFR2 but I get texture flickering everywhere.
Any one have any other ideas or profiles I could try?
I wish nvidia wasn't so slow :(

Nvidia is not slow, this is only at Beta for a few days.... If there is any blame to be had for SLI support, it belongs with the Devs *there "might" be a profile in the upcoming GTX 760 release driver, and thats coming in just a few days

Crossing my fingers... There have been betas off and on since March and closed alpha even before that. They have had plenty of time to add a profile.

To be fair it's a good game but everything was shaky for a while when THQ went under. I imagine an SLI profile will be released for it after the game is. Though I don't really know why it'd worry you, the game runs easily at 60 fps on max settings using a single GTX 670 or above.

That's true. Game dips into the 20-30 fps range in 8 player maps with a lot going on. This is with a single 680 gtx at 1080 p Not sure what they did to the engine but coh1 looked better and ran better for me. Feel like it took a step backward. Any other tips for sli other then hoping for a profile?

I would make sure the resolution thingie is set to 100% and not over that, as it doesn't really change anything and incurs a massive performance hit. I never went below 60 fps no matter what was going on with my GTX 670 FTW. I found it to run much smoother than the old game.

I call shenanigans. You have every setting maxed? I average 47 FPS in the performance test. Case in point, the game definitely would benefit from SLI. Even 60 fps is ok.. I prefer closer to 120 fps if it can be achieved as it's a lot smoother.

I'm using a GTX 670 FTW Signature 2 2GB with +64 core clock and +550 memory clock. The GTX 670 FTW's are equal to GTX 680's, and with an overclock it's faster than a regular GTX 680. Easily sustains 60 fps.

Trying to determine whether this crappy performance is due to poorly optimized graphics or if it's just real heavy on AI and physics...

Okay, here's what I've found (keep in mind, I'm running @ 2560x1400): Physics, Snow Details, Texture Detail, and V-sync all had no effect on overall performance (I tested each by finding a baseline with everything maxed, and then turning each option individually to its lowest setting). Turning off Anti-aliasing or lowering Gameplay Resolution to 50% both roughly doubled the framerate. What I ended up doing was maxing all the settings out, and then turning off Anti-aliasing. I then quit the game, went into my Nvidia settings for CoH2 and changed 'Multi-display/Mixed-GPU acceleration' to 'Single display performance mode' and then (because I'm using a GTX 690 and the game has yet to support SLI) I chose to 'Enhance the application setting' for Anti-aliasing and then chose 'Multi-GPU 16x CSAA' for the mode. When I restarted the game and ran the performance test again, all the edges were nice and crisp and my performance was actually BETTER than when I had run with the same in-game settings, but no changes to my Nvidia settings. Hope this helps others!

Thanks for the help I'll try this when I get home. For those of you that are interested I complied all the responses regarding Sli. Nvidia's response: We disabled SLI support for Company of Heroes 2. The game requires changes to be multi-GPU friendly. We will revisit this game if changes are made. Source: http://forums.evga.com/tm.aspx?m=1963515 "We disabled SLI pre-launch because of CPU boundness, but that may have changed with a recent beta game patch, so we will of course reinvestigate. Other optimizations will hopefully be introduced in the future, as we do for most games, like GRID 2, which improves by up to 15% in 320.49." - Andrew Burnes http://www.geforce.com/wh...ased#comment-941519393 Relic response: Q: Does CoH 2 Support SLI/Crossfire? A: Crossfire and SLI owners are fully supported to run Company of Heroes 2 with the latest drivers and application profiles. Conflicts with how our ColdTech works and how multi-gpu solutions operate introduce an overhead that exceeds the benefit of using the additional GPUs. After consulting with chipset designers we made the decision to have them disable support for multiple GPUs Pretty conflicting messages here...

Hate to say this but i don't think there will be any optimizations from either parties, played great on sli in the closed beta and then this. Relic is now on my do not pre-order list :(
