My capture card has been working fine for a while, but recently it only outputs a black screen on OBS and the camera app. It recognizes that it’s plugged in it, but it’s a black screen. I can see the screen perfectly fine on my monitor. I’ve tried resetting it factory, resetting it turning on and off HDCP, and trying a different computer. I haven’t found a fix for it. Has anyone else encountered this issue?

I have a similar issue. I have the XR1 Lite hooked up to my Series X and it was working just fine at first. Then one day I open it up in OBS and I get HDCP but it works fine on my monitor. Strange. I swapped USB and it worked for a little bit (change my resolution on OBS for some reason), but now I'm stuck again. Will be keeping up on the thread if anyone has any more info for a fix.

Have you tried to disable HDCP? For my issue, I wasn't able to fix it by changing cables and I have a XR1, not a XR1 Lite, just to clarify. I contacted EVGA on the issue. They gave me a RMA ticket to replace the device.  Sadly, it's not the easy fix that I thought it would be, but if I can find a proper fix then i'll update.

If you installed the card into another PC and the same issues followed you, its either a hardware fault on the card or its the way you are setting up the wiring and software for the card. If it worked fine for awhile and then it doesnt and you werent mucking around in your windows O/S settings and flipped the wrong switch somewhere, then the only answer there could be windows auto updating something that affected it or its a hardware issue. Its probably going to need a RMA.
