So I figure posting this here is probably one of the better chances to get this done:

Can someone that has a 3090 Kingpin and has plans to, or has already, taken the card apart, be it for LN2 OCing, or just to redo the pads/paste etc for whatever reason, please post pictures of both sides of the PCB that are high quality?

I'm specifically asking because I'm curious as to how the back-side of the PCB (the one that has the backplate) looks like for the layout of heatsinks to help cool that side of the card off - I don't want to take the backplate off since it does a decent job (as indicated by it getting warm during overclocking/gaming sessions).

Best pictures I've found so far (none of them are of the back of the card):

And these mostly blurry-arse things (the one of the back is actually pretty good though) :

    Back and front.
Had to down grade photos a lot so file would send. Best I can do.

Thanks - you can use an imagehost like imgbb like I do and it'll allow you to upload pretty large pictures, then post the links or do the direct picture insertion thingy with the forum inputs too.

I wonder if that particular vRAM/memory chiplet between the PCIe slot & the GPU Die is one that has an iCX sensor on/near it.  If I had to guess, that or the unit in the middle between the GPU die & VRM towards the output-end of the card is probably the warmest-running of the chips, because they're both surrounded by heat output and/or shroud.

Really hoping we get a detailed PCB breakdown from someone at some point, it'd be neat to find out where exactly the iCX sensors really are, if they could even determine which one is which upon locating them.

I would guess also pcie slot and gpu die, but way above my pay grade .

Makes you wonder why the wouldn't just do 4 chips on each side as opposed to having to shove one down there near the slot though.  Must be some reason other than "it wouldn't fit" because that's a design thing they could easily have done differently by increasing the space between the mount holes a bit.
Next time I mess with mine I'm gonna hook up me ol' EVBot & see if it'll update it's firmware without dying - apparently old EVBots like mine don't always take too kindly to their firmware updates. lol

Shameless hijack: anyone know the thermal pad sizes?

I wish. Working on installing new heatsinks now
