Can my evga x58 SLI3 support 3tb hard drive ?

Hi guys , i have motherboard EVGA X58 SLI3 , i intend to buy a 3tb internal hard drive seagate 64mb buff , 7200 rpm . But im wndering that Does my motherboard support 3TB , if yes so How can i do it ?
+ i updated to the latest bios version 83 .

    yes, it will. I have 3 attached to mine: 3x  300GB Velociraptors

    Those who abuse power, are nothing but scumbags! The challenge of power is how to use it and not abuse it. The abuse of power that seems to create the most unhappiness is when a person uses personal power to get ahead without regards to the welfare of others, people are obsessed with it. You can take a nice person and turn them into a slob, into an insane being, craving power, destroying anything that stands in their way.

    3 - 300GB Velociraptors each with a different OS.
    Yeap, just hook them up and you are good to go.  Just be sure to know which HDD set up you will be using  IDE or ACHI

    Thank you , but i mean 3tb = 3000 gb , not 300 Gb . So can i just plug and play ?

    By the way , im using ide for hdd , AHCI for SSD

    As far as i know you can run a single 3 TB drive but you cant raid 2x 3 TB drives i think the intel controller is limited to 2x 2TB drives for RAID.  so a single 3 TB should be fine.
