Not yet. Ive tried to call them here in Germany, and will again tomorrow.

Do you run any AVX or AVX2(512) Applications? If not then it matters not what they are set to in the Bios.

It works!

Just not via the Bios Settings...
 
Tried XTU and with that its working like a charm.
 
I can set the ratios for every core count, and threads jump from core to core to the max multiplier im setting.

hm i ask for this to, if i change blck to 99.00 nad cpu ratio to 47 is 4653 and ram memory is 3960cl16 1t  i can stay like this is not bad ?
 
plus is low voltage on cpu and low voltage for dimm and uncoreoffset
 
minus 50 mhz cpu, -40 mhz memroy
