The swiftech cooler is very good, it uses the apogee XT block.
But the price is starting to creep up. You could start thinking about custom loop for your system.

It just depends how much OC you are going to be doing at the end of the day.

i keep my CPU ocked@4.6 and the 2 GPUs@1250/6600...
i'm actually thinking to save 250/300€ and try to put only the 2 GPUs under water...
it looks much more usefull to me...they easily go@80° if gaming with Crysis3...
while the CNPS9900MAX , i have to say that, even if it visually boring me, it does it's job pretty damn god!!
never see over 70°C on the CPU!!

I personally would not get the Swiftech H220
