Some of these even come with elaborate LCD displays for real-time monitoring. To begin with, the company unveiled the iCUE Link XC7 RGB Elite and iCUE Link XC7 RGB Elite LCD series CPU water-blocks.
These feature nickel-plated copper main material, micro-fin lattices for heat-dissipation to the coolant, and an coolant-flow channel design that intricately guides coolant through the micro-fin lattice. Unlike most other DIY CPU water-blocks that have their coolant fittings on top, the XC7 series features them along the sides, using a mechanism similar to AIO CLCs. This ensures that the top is freed up either for elaborate lighting (in case of the XC7 RGB Elite), or that display (in case of the XC7 RGB Elite LCD).
CORSAIR also showed off the iCUE Link XD5 RGB Elite and XD5 RGB Elite LCD lines of reservoirs with integrated pumps. These are 440 ml (14.9 fl oz) cylindrical reservoirs, with cuboidal bases that integrate the pumps. These feature conventional G1/4" threads for fittings, and come with an fill-ports. An anti-vortex mechanism prevents vortices formed by the bottom mounted pump. The XD5 RGB Elite comes with an elaborate RGB LED setup for the see-through Nylon reservoir; while the XD5 RGB Elite LCD additionally comes with an LCD located in the bottom half, which puts out real-time monitoring stats such as coolant temperature. The CORSAIR iCUE Link XG3 RGB Elite is a graphics card water-block that is "hybrid" in nature (uses a cooling fan and heatsink on top of a liquid-cooled cold-plate. The GPU and memory are cooled by the liquid cold-plate, while other components, such as VRM, have extruded aluminium heatsinks that are ventilated by a fan.
Great looking liquid cooling parts from Corsair.
