CLX 240 USB Header Inquiry

Hello All,
 
Any ideas what works best when you don't have an extra 19-pin internal header connector onboard?
 
The EVGA Z590 FTW WIFI just has one USB 3.2 Gen1 port and if I disconnect the existing cable I lose the top of the case USB in order to run the new CLX 240.
 
Unsure what I need.
 
I could run a PCIe x1 to 19Pin USB 3.0 Header and Type E and gain 2 extra; however I was thinking a USB 3.0 Header Extension Cable, 19/20 Pin 1 to 2 Y Splitter Internal Extension Adapter - Unsure if the internal mobo header could handle the split.
 
Thoughts? Amazon links welcomed.

    As you noted, there are a few options for adding more USB2.0 ports.  There are also some powered internal devices (I think NZXT makes one) that act like an internal header hub to give you more USB2.0 headers.

    Thank you. The NZXT Internal USB Hub 3 is much cleaner than using the PCIe slot or another cable splitter. Just bought the Hub!
