Take the core up +25 until it won't overclock further. Then back off by -10 until it does again. Then do the same with memory. I put the 2GB SSC in my son's computer and am able to do +110 core and +90 memory, before touching the voltage. Trial and error plus whether or not you up the voltage to go further is up to you. It clocks up and down by that value. Any other values are a waste.
