For those who might be interested: This is an exceedingly heavy block, appears to be very well constructed and have no doubt that they did, in fact, use C100 (pure copper) with nickel plating.
 
~7.5 lbs (yes... that heavy...)

    Yeah this block is very heavy. I have just installed mine on the card. the original cooler was a fuss to get off though from the thermal paste keeping it down. Enjoy putting it on you KP card :)
