I upgraded my system from Nvidia GTX 980 Referance card to EVGA GTX 980 TI SC Reference. P/N: 06G-P4-4992-KR
The question is: There were no backplate installed on the new card, EVGA GTX 980 ti.
But the backplate from my previous card matched perfectly with the screw holes, so is it safe to use this backplate? No problem with heat?
