You need the card to register to get the code.

Why wouldn’t your receive your card before December 10th?

I highly doubt I'll get a card before 10th Dec.  I'm in Australia, the initial batch sold out within seconds and there is not even an ETA available.  Hence my question.

Ok? The queue is moving. At least EVGA is selling directly to members versus bots and scalpers. No one can help that so many people signed up, but at least EVGA allowed the queue to start where people signed up instead of starting the queue from the date that the queue was enabled.

And they have progressed quite a bit, as I have received numerous notifications. Unfortunately for me, I signed up with my alternate email instead of my primary, so I couldn’t purchase.

I know that EVGA have obligation to retailers but also to loyal customers too. Queue deserves more SKUs than retailers. Simply retailers feed the scalpers who set up boots and grab inventory in a blink of eye.

That's the site I'm checking yea. I noticed on the US page the form to request a key actually shows up but it says it's not availible due to country ristrictions.
 
The request form doesn't show up at all on the EU promotion page.

Same situation here, no way to redeem the code as the form is not popping up https://eu.evga.com/articles/01453/get-call-of-duty/
EDIT: Contacted EU Support and after providing the serial number of the card, and order number, they send the codes! So for everyone in Europe trying to claim from the EU Shop, that's the way.

How did you get hold of them? I've sent multiple tickets and even tried calling them for weeks with no response. I'm so fed up with evga, never again.

Random question, which I probably already know the answer to, but...
 
Friend of mine managed to score a 3080 and a 3070 from the EVGA store. He decided to put the 3080 up for sale and keep the 3070, at which point I immediately asked him how much he wanted for it.
 
Bought it from him (bit of a "finders fee" for him, but nothing overly ridiculous) and just registered it but... now realizing that the COD code only applies to the original buyer. Since I've already registered it as having "bought secondhand" even though it was never opened/registered, assume I'm SOL for getting the code? (Not the end of the world, but be nice to get full value...)

The NVidia guidelines also state that there will only be one code per user, so having two cards on one account may have also blocked your friend from getting two codes.

You would be out of luck unfortunately, since the code is for the original owner specifically.

The NVidia guidelines also state that there will only be one code per user, so having two cards on one account may have also blocked your friend from getting two codes.

Ah well - assumed as much (and from what I've been able to glean, I'm not missing much by not getting it!)

This shows you don't know how this industry works. EVGA or any AIB have no control over the GPU supply chain. They can only make the cards when Nvidia provides them with the chips. Also these game bundles are Nvidia promotions. Nvidia organizes them, distribute the promo codes to authorized/partnered resellers, and sent the terms, conditions, and run time.
