SLI is set to OFF - again, they both fold well - just not crunch GPUGID at the same time.

Is it just GPUGrid, or other BOINC projects too?

It might be a good test to use the Reset Project Button.
This will delete any files and reset the Project Settings so you will have to create a new app_info.xml file.
Also I have not seen Tasks for GPUGRID a few days or more now.
