SP is good / weapons feel correct / sound is good.....overall a B+ or A .
Endgame takes it toll after a bit, but everything is pretty solid overall.

TBH it's one of the most boring modern FPS games I've played recently. The beta put me to sleep. Have you played Shadow Warrior 2? Now that is a FPS based around loot I can get behind.

TBH = To be honest I'm more or less ok with where the game is in regards to PVE(at least last I played it, which was a while ago). With PVP, though, I much preferred Destiny 1 at the time Rise of Iron was released. The changes to the cooldowns for abilities and supers makes the game less fun, in my opinion. Also, the maps just aren't as fun. Changing shotguns and snipers to heavy weapons was also, in my opinion a bad design choice. Also, the arcstrider subclass for hunter isn't as fun as bladedancer was in D1. If anything, Destiny shold've just been DLC for D1, I think.

Thx. I thought of a game... I got over 900 hours at The Witcher 3, everything's perfect. Destiny 2 is a welcome change. I'm not a friend of MMO's but I like games with a sci-fi setting. Btw, I "love" games like Dishonored (2, Death of the Outsider...) and Metal Gear Solid 5, with over 600 hours, all S-Ranked. The game art and concept from Destiny 2 is impressive - I thought I'm to old for it.

I was an harcore Destiny 1 and 2 player but didn't like their latest decisions, and how the DLC turned out to be.
Same happened with Destiny 1. It's sad because the game is dope in the first place, and the art direction is impeccable.

I bought the Expansion Pass too. But they offended a lot of people with their agenda. And I understand that. Besides, there will be the next sale on Battle.net...

I feel as if this is what Destiny 1 was meant to be - all the hype just died for me after Destiny 1 tbh... This just seems like an apology, and a not very good one by that in my eyes

So far... The Campaign's okay. Not something like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, but for a shooter, I'm satisfied. + There are side-missions too, and areas to discover. There is a lot of content, and the system, inventory and upgrading is well made. The game is pretty fluid. I like that a lot...

i really enjoyed Destiny 1. Destiny 2 should have been an add on DLC to destiny 1. That way, we can enjoy the raids that were part of Destiny 1. The way it is now, kind of ruins the franchise as we dont get the whole Destiny experience.

All was good until they took the challenging parts out of the game and made everything easy for casual players. getting exotics doesn't feel special anymore, rip destiny 1

Yup I have a TON of hours into it.. I haven't been this consumed by a game in years. I know the community is hard on Bungie on it. I think a lot of that is because it hasn't lived up to Destiny 1. For myself and not having played Destiny 1, it's lived up to the hype for me. That is I feel the problem for these types of games. They are fun for a while and then the end game just feels like a grind until the next DLC makes the time spent grinding wasted. I think that is also what happened with World of Warcraft where you can also spend hundreds of hours grinding in the end game only to have the next expansion make the gear quickly worthless.
