stalinx20You will have zero troubles with Acer, they're a company that's usually overlooked by alot of people. They have many products to offer to compete with any brand. I have an Acer myself. At work right now and can't remember the model #. It's the 27" with GSYNC at 1080P. I'm not going to upgrade until Volta GPUs comes out.
stalinx20This question is going to come with opinionated answers, but I want to know. Is the X34 monitor worth getting? It is ultra-wide. I have never owned one of these monitors. http://www.acer.com/ac/en/US/content/predator-x34-series
Viper453I own a XB271HU works really well for me and no bleed.

The question that I would have is: Have you seen a curved monitor in person? Leaving a flat screen for a curved model is a change that you may or may not like. For me, I would be looking for a business that has a curved monitor is stock to test drive. There's always that chance that you may not like it. But it does look impressive.
stalinx20True, I forgot that monitor has a curve to it. And no, I haven't seen a curved monitor in person and/or even know if I will like it. I think BestBuy or even HH Greg would be a good place to look. I'll check there.
EVGATech_BrandonSI've seen an X34 in person, and I agree with whiskers54; I'd strongly recommend seeing one before buying. It's a very large monitor, and the curved panel may be hard to get used to.
