https://videocardz.com/newz/asus-geforce-rtx-3080-ti-rog-strix-leaked Here's possibly the first picture of an ASUS ROG Strix GeForce RTX 3080 Ti graphics card, which not only confirms NVIDIA's nomenclature for its next-generation GeForce RTX graphics cards, but also provides fascinating insights into the direction ASUS is taking with its next-generation ROG Strix graphics cards. The design language involves matte black metal surfaces accented by brushed metal elements that conceal more RGB LED elements. ASUS's Axial Tech fans do the heavy lifting along with a large aluminium fin-stack heatsink underneath. The mention of "RTX 3080 Ti" also casts a shadow of doubt over "RTX 3090" leading the lineup. We should learn more about what ASUS and NVIDIA have in store, as we inch closer to the September unveil of this series. This post is considered to be rumor.

Wait a sec.... they are showing a Asus ROG Strix 3080 first thing before launch of new arch/series? Arent Rog Strix the equivalent of Evga's Classified cards and usually release a little later, right? Seems kinda suspicious, id rather see a release of the pcb, the cooler is nice and all but does nothing for us. Anybody can graphic a cooler and throw a story on it. Thats my skeptical mind RJ, no offense to you.

Well, at least there should be plenty of EVGA 3080- cards before that. Tho, Kingpin- card is my ultimate dream for my rig.

I really don't think it's a legit photograph since we are talking about three months before launch and normally the products ship weeks later. It could be but I am kind of thinking it's still slightly a bit early for leaded photographs of a final product to show up online. With the 2080Ti I remember it having about 4-5 weeks after launch for the first people to order the cards to finally get one so I am figuring more of October or November before we have people outside the press with one if it does launch in September.

It could be a troll post... but also realize there's no PCB showing. For all we know this could be a cooler design ASUS is making for the future card, and there's actually no card underneath it. In fact if this is real then it's almost guaranteed there is no actual card underneath it, it's just a cooler.
