    all these new displays with higher refreshes are awesome progress but all the releases I am seeing are using DP1.4 or HDMI 2.1....... Those connections can't do [link=mailto:4K@240Hz]4K @ 2[/link]40Hz which is almost making these new displays imo slightly irrelevant. I already have to make colour bit sacrifices on my ultrawide 3440x1440, 165Hz, 8-bit due to DP 1.4. To get 10-bit I have to step down to 100Hz

    As long as your popular enough, you can get away with anything.
