AMD vs Nvidia video card??

America has 115v (15A isn't the limit) 1-phase, 230v 2-phase, and 460v 3-phase. I don't know where you got the idea that we only had 115v at 15A max nor what that has to do with anything.

If you are so energy concious, why not turn off the un-used computers or remove the extra video cards from the computers which aren't using more than one video card?

This argument is getting out of hand. ;)

9 watts different worst case scenario. Probably less. I quit this conversation.

AMD versus NVIDIA? I don't have an opinion. AMD's marketing picture regarding this argument? Deceitful. AMD made it look like the NVIDIA cards use 4 times as much power at idle which is simply completely false. 1.3x not 4x. :) 40w not 64w. And AMD uses 31w not 16w. Misleading on both parts.
