I think the OP wants bragging rights, to which he is entitled if he so wishes. If money isn't an option, by all means go KPE. They'll release a full cover block eventually, EK is good for at least that.

Interesting. What game is under 60fps?

np, you may want to look over your options, 2 980 ti's may be the choice for you, but even reference cards can and do perform just as well as any of them for gaming, keep that in mind

I went with the HYBRIDS. I don't have the patience for a custom loop nor waiting for the Classy block to come out every time.

Your right about that that's why i want to get a 980 ti and save up later so I can get a extra so thanks for the help I think I'll go with a 980 ti acx sp and save up more once I get a other one and go from there :)

No kidding. Well I second the 980 Ti SLI in that case. Sounds like money is not an issue, so by all means KPE it up. Just keep in mind you'll be waiting a bit for waterblocks. If you have the space, consider the HYBRIDs. They've been documented repeatedly at hitting just under 1500MHz in SLI. For games, yore looking at maybe the 1550 range with the KPE, for reference.

In my opinion KPE version is a waste of money for a gaming rig. The only way i would recommend KPE is if a person is really into benchmarks/overclocking. I doubt anyone can tell the difference between 980ti or 980ti classified vs 980ti KPE while gaming. At the end of the day it's your money, do whatever makes you happy.
