I too have the same problem. Might try the PWM 4pin solution to reduce pump speed. If it doesn't work, I won't be buying hybrids in the future. Much happier to have slightly higher temps and a clean sound from the ACX model than this intrusive buzzing. Can't believe hybrids cost an extra $200. Unacceptable. 
 
Is this fixed with the newer cards?
