8800gts for physx

So I got a 9800gtx+ plus a 8800gts.
Im using the 8800gts for physx.

I wanted to make sure its setup right. So I used fluidmark to test it.
Physx is working, but when i look at renderer it says 9800gtx.
Is that correct?

Nvidia Control Panel, does show as 8800gts enabled for physx.

I went to the nvidia site to check if drivers are installed but it shows this - 





So i downloaded again and installed, no luck.
Then used driver sweeper to clean everything and try again, but no luck...


Any help? 
Btw it folds perfectly fine.

    Interesting.

    Does the 8800GTS work fine by itself?

    Yea it does work, i just added the 9800gtx+ right before the CC and decided to keep the 8800gts for folding/physx.

    But im not sure what other steps to take.

    If brand matters -
    Evga 9800gtx+ 512mb
    Asus 8800gts 640mb

    It should be working. When I've run FluidMark it only says my GTX 260 is the renderer, even though it will test the 8600GT for PhysX. Go to Device Manager and you will see your current driver working for both cards.

    So it doesnt matter when i go to Nvidia site and it scans the 8800gts and its not finding drivers? hmm alright.

    I just dont see a difference with it/without it while using physx games.

    The only PhysX game I have is Mirror's Edge and I can't see a difference. I think that's because the PhysX implemented is minimal and my 8600GT is at the bottom of the totem pole as far as PhysX cards go. The Batman game has a built in benchmark, which I believe is the closest thing to a full performance test. I've played around with the Cryostasis demo, but have not been able to detect any difference. It would be nice if Nvidia could come out with a benchmark that could test rendering and PhysX at the same time.

    Well good news, i rWell good news, i reinstalled Batman AA and physx usage is actually getting used in Evga Precision. 

    Other games still not getting proper dedicated physx, but no matter batman is the biggy.

    I´m not getting gtx 460 + 8800 gts 320 mb physx dedicated to work any ideas?, im using an old nforce4 sli motherboard with vista sp2, latest nvidia driver as of now 258.96

    If your motherboard supports three video cards then of course you can.  It might not be worth it though.
