What are the main differences between the two? Can the 750D support Quad-SLI?

Main difference is SIZE!. And off course place for quad radiator on bottom on 900D.
750D Support Quad SLI if your motherboard support Quad SLI.
But if you want water cooling Quad SLI than 900D is much better option.
750D is more for 2 way SLI and water- cooling.
Or if someone want to install 2-3 reference cards in SLI than no problems with 750D.
Both of them are very nice.

If going for a Corsair chassis + quad SLI I'd choose the 900D or 780T.

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X,  Corsair Mp700 Pro M.2, 64GB Corsair Dominator Titanium DDR5  X670E Steel Legend, MSI RTX 4090 Associate Code: H5U80QBH6BH0AXF. I am NOT an employee of EVGA

Ohh yes I forgot on him, 780T is beautiful, with nice window door easy for opening.
Maybe is not same size as 900D but Full tower.

On Air I would not use the 900D or any other Corsair Case for a 4-Way SLI Build.

Nanoxia Deep Silence 6 Gigantic Tower Case Fits HPTX Motherboard, Large Water Cooler Ready, with 8 Fan Controllers, Air Chimney - Black   Nanoxia

    or
Nanoxia Deep Silence 5 Big Tower Case Fits XL-ATX & E-ATX Motherboard, Large Water Cooler Ready, with 6 Fan Controllers - Black

I'm not a big fan of the look of that one.

The 750D is really enticing though.

To be honest for 350$ I would search for some case made from high quality materials, full aluminum.
Example Mercury S8. Practical such case no competition among other brands and if you want to change some detail later easiest way is on CASELABS.
