750 Platinum PSU for Server Style Motherboard - How to connect?

I have a new motherboard, the octominer B8Plus, which is setup for server style power supply.  However, since this unit will be running in my apartment, a noisy server style power supply won't work at all.  So I have an EVGA titanium 750 on hand to get started with. 

Down the road, I will add a second EVGA PSU, probably a gold rated 850 or possibly 1000, when I can populate all 8 PCIE GPU slots.  But for now I need to power the motherboard (no ATX motherboard connections available).  I have 2 GTX 1070ti cards I will need to power as well.

Is there a custom cable I can get for the MB power outlet to the actual Motherboard 12v input?  Are the SATA/PERIF 6 pin connectors 12v so I can use them for powering the board? 

I attached an shot of the motherboard (desaturated so it will meet size limits).

       The initial description of the board was that it would work with either a server style or ATX style PSU.  That has changed on their website, but only recently.  So I'm still stuck with ATX as my only choice.  So anyone with expertise in making an ATX worker for server power connections would be greatly appreciated!
