I literally was worried about having issues on my system with my new card and luck of the draw I don't, works fine with my MSI board without having to change the bios, I'm using 320.18 drivers, I tested heaven benchmark, valley benchmark, Bioshock infinate, far cry 3, mafia II, metro 2033, metro last light, and so far no problems whatsoever the card performs perfectly. I couldn't be happier. I want to thank EVGA for a quality product

I will be updating the thread with more benchmarks as I continue testing

all benchmarks will be running at 1920x1080, 8X AA, Max detail, at out of the box settings.

The ACX cooler, very nice design, and it runs way quieter then my GTX 570 did (even when under load)

No coil or capacitor whine either surprisingly. it really is quiet at idle and load.

also be sure to remove the plastic protective film, thier will be one across the whole card, and 1 in the center of each fan blade.

and yes I know bad cable management in my case lol , I actually had to move a few things around in my case just to be sure the card had the best airflow possible. it idles at 30c and loads at 72c from what I tested so far.

ASIC Quality is 86.5%

card specs, it came with the newest card bios too released early in july, (probably why I didn't run into compatibility issues)

Here is the idle stats

load stats (using valley benchmark after letting it loop for about an hour)

Valley benchmark

heaven benchmark (I had to use a custom preset for 1920x1080, the extreme preset only allowed my monitor to run at 1600x900)

Metro 2033 (right click, view image, to make larger)

Metro Last Light benchmark (right click, view image, to make larger)

Mafia II

Just Cause 2 (Concrete Jungle)

Batman AA

far Cry 2

Good Benchmarks! Granted I got my 780 SC ACX for a price close to that of a 770 SC ACX (20% off sale), my benchmarks with the same programs (Unigine, Just Cause 2 and Mafia 2) AVG 10-20 FPS  more than your 770 which makes the 770 S ACX a great value when price is taken into account.

Quick question, how did you do the Metro 2033 benchmarking? I can't find a benchmarking utility within the program.

Its not actually in the game, thier is a seperate executable in the actual game folder you have to launch

metro last light is the same way

Yea I should be able to run the Tropical Skyrim mod alot smoother now, it was a slide show on my 570 cause of all the extra foliage and extra grass.

mm kinda sad to see that this card scores lower than my current OC 7970 (1185 and 6200Mhz).

Add to this prices and I don't really feel this card is just not competitive at the prices being asked right now for it.

no I'm currently on 326.41 beta's that released yesterday, I was testing all the drivers available for this card and performance is very close on all them.

The Backplate won't fit this model card according to evga tech jacob, and the black list game I can't get something wrong with the promotion code at the ubisoft checkout site.

well keep in mind, I only run at out of the box settings, Not manually overclocked. so its not a fair comparison.

I'm happy with the performance of it as is so I'm gonna leave it alone

also I didn't pay full price for it, I had 303 evga bucks from running folding@home on team evga so the card only cost me $161 shipped
