4 Pin connector on EVGA HYbrid cooler 3090

Hello all,
I have installed a 3090 hybrid cooler and found that the 4 pin connector for the pump itself is a male instead of a female.
Is this correct?

    The pump on the kit side should be a small female connector that plugs into a male fan connector on the board.

    I have attached picture, just making sure because my mother board does not have that type of connector unless I'm missing something.

    The hybrid pump plugs into your graphics card, not the motherboard.

    Is that when you put the PCB onto the graphics card? what is this connector for?
     
    Sorry for asking so much, the instructions are not clear.

    Thats for connecting the two fans to sync with the cooler, the tini single 4 pin black one is the pump power.
