Nice I really like this. You should have seen mine before I put my cards on water. I had fans surrounding them lol.

Thanks. Water is obviously a better choice, but this was a fun little project. Considering I already have a 3d printer, it was much cheaper than water cooling as well.

That's awesome tbh. You should start making those and sell them on EVGA forums lol. Could probably make a few bucks if it isn't already patented.

If enough people were interested in it, I would consider moving forward with something like that.

Well how long does it take to make one? If it's not to expensive you could do an order-by-order basis and if people start buying them you can move on from there. Idk, I just see a lot of people with dual/tri air cooled cards.

It is just over 2 hours to print. Problem lies in quantity. A handful of them here and there would be fine. I don't want my personal 3d printer to be running 24 7 on something like this because I use it for other things. But I could open a shapeways store and upload a model there. Problem with that is I have no oversight on the print. I would upload the model, you would order it, and John Doe would print it for you (on a nice industrial 3d printer at least). I would be completely out of the loop aside from a tiny percentage of what you'd pay for the print.

If you supply the mounting hardware, and can do different colors, they would most likely sell.

$25.00? Hardware included and a selection of color?

Chaotic Yeti $25.00? Hardware included and a selection of color? With 7-10C drop in temp(different depending on conditions), I know for a fact for 25 those would sell.

A lot of variables to consider. Everyone's setup is different so I can't make much of a guarantee.

I almost wonder if a smaller 80mm version of that on a dual setup would improve cooling in smaller cases. Who knows. Now it's going to bug me.

Well, the model could be modified to fit any number of fan dimensions.

That's fricking awesome! I really wish I had access to a 3D printer.
