Hello, my 3090 doesn't reach 100% usage while gaming but does reach 100% when benchmarking at 3dmark (giving me average results) or when stressing the gpu with furmark.

Drivers up to date, last version of w10, tried diferent settings on NCP, tried diferent graphic presets from low to ultra, tried with normal bios, xoc bios, stock clocks, overclock and undervolt.
Watts in full usage go up to 410w, but not 450w..

I tried to stress the gpu and the cpu at the same time to see if it was a psu problem, system run stable

My rig:
i9-9900k@5ghz
32gb@3200mhz
850w psu 80+gold
Samsung odyssey 1440p@240hz

Any similar issues or ideas?

For example assassins creed valhalla, max usage 95-96% whichever graphic preset. Battlefield V the same. I don't have doom eternal, sorry

Benchmark it with Extreme 3dmark or at 4K super position.

Some games you'll see 97 98. Benchmarks usually hit a hundred if they're pushing the cart and all its features. 3090 I have on Call of Duty Cold War only uses about 330 Watts when gaming
