My 14000 score was with 215 on the core and 1115 on the mem.


OK I topped out at 13785 with +220 chip and +900mem and I also cheated a bit by lowering my AC from 74f to 70f and pointing a box fan at it..

FYI: The scores will also be dependent on what CPU you have.  The Intel 9900K and 10900K seem to do a lot better than the Ryzen 3000 series in the superposition benchmark.  It appears the new Ryzen 5000 series CPUs might be able to compete with Intel CPUs in the superposition benchmark.
 
Also, I was able to get higher scores in some of the superposition tests by putting my 3090 in my old 6700K(4.8 GHz) system than I could get in my 3950X system.

I have a overclocked 9900K and 3866 mem
Guru is using a stock 9900K
